Hi, i had the same problem. As you can see in another comment : "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\lu106683zpjl7.tmp_\TexMaths-0.48.2.oxt does not exist."so download TexMaths-48.2 (for instance). Then go to "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages (you can use ctrl + h to see hidden files). Then you create the folder lu106683zpjl7.tmp_ and you put inside your file .oxt.then you can go to openoffice and re install texMaths from there, it should appears at this moment (for me it worked) i hope it will work for you
Download OpenOffice Calc Training last version
Free trial on their website. Very fast for prototyping full applications (under 30 minutes); extremely easy to use; they have been doing this longer than MS Access so the company is stable and there are tons of free templates available; data can be accessed/viewed/edited on Windows, Mac, Mobile device, or even client-less by using a web browser (WebDirect); developer version runs on windows or Mac; includes SQL functions for data queries; has robust support of custom functions and scripts (using a programming language that is very similar to VBA); has calculated fields that are very similar to Excel (virtually no training needed); one-click import and export to Excel and CSV; supports basic or complex table joins (relationships) with easy graphical view; has the ability to grow with you and can connect to a huge variety of database formats including Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.; server is completely optional and can be hosted on-premise (windows or mac) or uploaded and hosted in the cloud.
Pull Volume figures (Calls offered) and Handling Time (AHT) over the last 3 years. This data will help my forecasting (simple calculation of trend, should be fairly accurate as far as I could tell). I will hopefully get figures for Calls Offered / 15 minuntes including AHT separately. Based on this info combined with Service Level I should then hopefully get correct staffing requirements which will help me plan the days and weeks ahead.
When downloading the Excel version of the Erlang-C calculator, it will not allow a time period greater than 545 minutes. I am trying to calculate # of agents required for a call center open from 8a-7p,(660 minutes) and the calculator keeps resulting with zero agents. It would also be nice if the download would allow you to enter AHT by interval instead of by day. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
